Immigration Attorney Ivan Foronda is passionate about making sure that his clients feel supported, heard, and understood throughout the typically grueling immigration process. A first-generation American himself, Ivan is no stranger to the immigration process, having personally helped his parents with their immigration paperwork. 

Hailing from Los Angeles with a Bachelor's Degree from UCLA and a J.D. from Chapman University's Fowler School of Law, Ivan has successfully helped hundreds of immigrants gain their visas, green cards and citizenship. He has also helped countless folks achieve the freedom to travel with work, travel, and tourist visas,  defended at-risk clients from deportation, and facilitated getting detained clients out of detention.

Over his years of practice Ivan has represented Fortune 500 companies, startups, and individuals across the United States and around the world. He is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA, Southern Chapter). 

In his spare time Ivan volunteers with different non-profit organizations including Border Kindness and Outward Bound Adventures. He is also an avid world traveler, an anime fan, and a prolific writer. You can find his many novels and coloring books over at Ivanson Studios.
