3. Press "1" to confirm that you have inputted your number correctly or "2" if you wish to reenter your number.

4. The automated operator will spell your name, last name first. Press "1" to confirm your name or "2" to reenter your alien registration number.

5. Choose one of the following options by pressing the corresponding number:
